White-label & branding

Pro plan and above

With white-label branding, your customers see your brand, not NexoVirt’s. Configure it under Settings → Branding, which has three tabs.

  • Product name: replaces “NexoVirt” in the sidebar, page titles, the customer portal and emails.
  • Portal domain: the address used for absolute links in customer emails.
  • Show the “Powered by NexoVirt” mark: the small mark in the portal, login and email footers. Off by default once white-label is active.
  • Reset to default branding: removes the product name, portal domain, logos, favicon and theme colors and restores the NexoVirt look.
SlotFormatsUsed in
FaviconSVG, up to 512 KBThe browser tab.
App logo (light and dark)JPG, PNG, SVG or WEBP, up to 512 KBSidebar, portal header and login lockup.
Login logo (light and dark)JPG, PNG, SVG or WEBP, up to 512 KBAbove the login form. Falls back to the app logo.

Each logo has its own width and height, and each slot can be cleared on its own. Upload a light and a dark variant so the logo stays readable in both themes.

Pick a preset (Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Grape) or set your own colors. Each color has a light-mode and a dark-mode value:

  • Primary / accent: buttons, links and badges.
  • Page background: the background behind cards.
  • Surface (cards, sidebar).
  • Text.
  • Borders.

A live preview of a light and a dark panel updates as you change colors. Reset to defaults restores only the colors. Save with Save branding.

The admin panel, the customer portal, the login and 2FA screens and outgoing emails (the company name and footer). Resellers can set their own branding, which their customers see in the portal instead of yours.

A short checklist so customers never see a half-branded panel:

  1. Upload a light and a dark app logo and check the sidebar, the login page and the portal in both themes.
  2. Set the portal domain so links in customer emails point at your address, not the server IP.
  3. Send a test email from the email settings and check the company name and footer.
  4. Decide whether to keep the “Powered by NexoVirt” mark.
  5. Open the customer portal as a test customer to see exactly what your customers see.

See Editions & licensing for what each plan includes.
